An adaptive node is a state, regional hub or institution that participates in several overlapping networks and adjusts those connections as opportunities and risks change. The focus is not formal alignment alone, but observable choices in reserves, finance, payments, trade, infrastructure, energy, resources and diplomacy.
How to use this page
