PROFESSIONAL

Governance, systems
and responsible execution.

I am a Chartered Accountant with experience spanning financial control, independent advisory, treasury and wealth management, fiduciary oversight, multi-jurisdictional governance and finance transformation across India and the UAE.

PROFESSIONAL LENS

Complexity becomes manageable when responsibility is clear.

My work has consistently involved environments where financial, legal and operational considerations meet—and where weak processes can create consequences far beyond a spreadsheet.

I approach those environments by clarifying ownership, understanding the underlying flows and building processes that make compliance and accountability part of daily execution.

The objective is not governance for its own sake. Good governance should improve decisions, create reliable information, protect stakeholders and help an organisation adapt without losing ethical clarity.

This same outlook informs my interest in data, process automation and intelligent systems. I approach AI as a finance and governance practitioner developing a serious, applied understanding of technology—not as a claim to formal engineering expertise.

My current work involves responsibilities where discretion is fundamental. This page therefore describes the disciplines and environments that have shaped my thoughts and the principal purpose of this website is to preserve and organize the ideas, questions and observations that would otherwise be lost over time.
