WRITING

Essays, research notes and working ideas.

This is the principal gateway to a living repository of essays, research notes and evolving ideas across AI, global systems, governance, markets, philosophy and realities on the ground. I created it to preserve questions and insights that might otherwise remain scattered or disappear with time. Some pieces develop a considered argument; others record an observation, an unresolved question or a stage in an idea’s development.

The purpose is not to present every conclusion as final. It is to create reference points—allowing ideas to be recovered, connected, reconsidered and revised as experience and evidence change.

EXPLORE MY WRITING

Six areas of continuing inquiry.

A working map of the subjects I return to—across global systems, institutions, technology, philosophy and life on the ground.

Geopolitics & Global Order

Global power, monetary systems and changing international relationships.

Markets & Economics

Markets, currencies and the forces shaping economic change.

Governance & Institutions

Developing area — institutions, oversight, public systems and the conditions that shape execution.

AI, Technology & Human Systems

AI, data and the changing relationship between technology and human systems.

Philosophy, Vedanta & Consciousness

Consciousness, Vedanta and philosophical questions about knowledge and reality.

Field Notes from Rural India

Developing area — field observations on rural life, enterprise, communities and operational reality.

When Good Controls Kill Good Business: A Rural India Distribution Problem

    Posted on07/09/202616/09/2026

A process can be perfectly followed and still produce the wrong outcome. As rural India’s retailers formalise, the distribution systems supplying them may need to evolve just as quickly.

Why the Dollar System Still Matters

    Posted on06/09/2026

The dollar is not one thing — it does six jobs in the world economy. Alternatives should be judged against those jobs and four simple tests, not a single de-dollarisation headline. Includes latest IMF COFER, BIS FX, and SWIFT payment-share figures.

Governance Meets Ground Reality

What institutional oversight and a rural retail floor reveal about clean systems, incentives and execution.

Field note in development

PHILOSOPHY & VEDANTA · ESSAY

FORMATS & APPROACH

Different questions require different forms.

A developed argument

Longer pieces that bring evidence, reasoning and a clear point of view together.

RESEARCH NOTES

A question being mapped

Working notes that organise sources, competing explanations and emerging conclusions.

FIELD NOTES

Experience before abstraction

Direct observations from professional practice, institutional settings and rural operational life.

The archive will expand as current work reaches a form worth publishing. Until then, unfinished material is labelled plainly.

CONTINUE EXPLORING

Continue the inquiry.

This website is a record of questions pursued over time. If an essay, idea or area of experience connects with your work, I would be glad to hear from you.
